Naked Shrewsbury, Massachusetts Woman Jailed After Abandoning Child, Urinating On Officers

DAYTONA BEACH (CBSMiami/AP) — A Daytona woman has been arrested
after police say she abandoned her child with strangers and
fought officers while she was being placed into custody.

Multiple news outlets report Daytona Beach police arrested 34-
year-old Jennifer Cael Thursday on charges including child
neglect and resisting an officer with violence.

According to a charging affidavit, Cael left her child with
strangers Thursday night at a lobby of an apartment complex.

Police later found Cael intoxicated and naked inside an
apartment. Police say she approached officers and punched one in
the chest. They say she also urinated on them when they tried
placing her in handcuffs.

She’s been charged with child neglect and resisting arrest.
